Asimismo, hemos establecido unas condiciones \u00f3ptimas de crecimiento para el cultivo de estas ra\u00edces. Su transformaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica se confirm\u00f3 por an\u00e1lisis molecular de su adn. De las ra\u00edces transformadas de esta especie se ha obtenido cinco nuevas antraquinonas, que hemos denominado, balonona, balonona metil \u00e9ter, y plocamanonas a, b y c. Un sexto componente de este tipo, el dimetil \u00e9ter de la lucidina, se ha encontrado ahora por primera vez en la naturaleza.  de estas ra\u00edces hemos aislado asimismo quince antraquinonas ya conocidas que hemos identificado por t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas como: 1-hidroxi-2-metilantraquinona, tectoquinona, 1-metil \u00e9ter de la rubiadina, etil \u00e9ster dela munjistina, ibericina, dimetil \u00e9ter de la alizarina, 1-metil \u00e9ter de la alizarina, 3-metil \u00e9ter de la lucidina, 3-metil \u00e9ter de la munjistina etil \u00e9ster, 3-hidroxi-2-hidroximetil-antraquinona, 1-metil \u00e9ter de la rubiadina, dimetil \u00e9ter dela rubiadina, 1,2-dimetil \u00e9ter del antragalol, rubiadina y etil \u00e9ter del damnacanthol.     se obtuvieron asimismo del cultivo de las ra\u00edces in vitro dos nuevos triterpenos pentac\u00edclicos, el 3-acetato del \u00e1cido 3-epi-pom\u00f3lico y el \u00e1cido baloico. De las ra\u00edces naturales de p.Pendula hemos obtenido dos nuevas antraquinonas en la literatura qu\u00edmica, que hemos denominado chionona y plocamanona d. Adem\u00e1s, hemos aislado el dimetil \u00e9ter dela isozigane\u00edna por primera vez como producto natural. Por otra parte hemos obtenido un nuevo naftoprinao, el 6-metil \u00e9ter de la mollugina, y un compuesto nafthohidroquin\u00f3nico, el plocanaftin, que hemos obtenido por primera vez como producto natural. Hemos aislado tambi\u00e9n de las ra\u00edces naturales diecinueve antraquinonas ya conocidas que identificamos como 1-hidroxi-2-metilantra<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
