Desde la inactivaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica del antibi\u00f3tico, la modificaci\u00f3n de la diana del antibi\u00f3tico, as\u00ed como la disminuci\u00f3n de la permeabilidad de la membrana, la expresi\u00f3n de bomabas de reflujo y el intercambio de material gen\u00e9tico por transferencia de pl\u00e1smidos, transposones o integrones. Precisamente estos \u00faltimos mecanismos fueron objeto de la presente tesis doctoral, investigamos sobre la existencia de integrones en la cepa de morganella morganii multiresistente y obtuvimos las secuencias de cuatro genes de resistencia insertados en dos integrones plasm\u00eddicos.     para determinar si la resistencia a algunos antibi\u00f3ticos pod\u00eda se atribuida a la acci\u00f3n de bombas de reflujo se realizaron ensayos para estudiar la funcionalidad de las bomabas de reflujo que pudieran expulsar a los antibi\u00f3ticos fuera de la c\u00e9lulas. Los experimentos manifestaron la existencia de una bomba de reflujo funcional.     posteriormente se analizaron las prote\u00ednas de membrana externa de m.Morganii. El an\u00e1lisis de conductacia de canal simple producido por la prote\u00edna omp36 de mmorganii y las medidas de potencial de membrana a corriente cero, confirman que se trata de una prote\u00edna formadora de canal con unos valores de conductancia de 2ns con una ligera selectividad cati\u00f3nica y un tama\u00f1o de poro de 1,18nm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
