Desde la inactivaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica del antibi\u00f3tico, la modificaci\u00f3n de la diana y mecanismos m\u00e1s generales como la disminuci\u00f3n de la permeabilidad de la membrana y la expresi\u00f3n de bombas de reflujo. Las bombas de reflujo son translocasas que se sit\u00faan en la membrana citiplasm\u00e1tica con capacidad de expulsar fuera de la bacteria una gran variedad de sustancias mediante la fuerza prot\u00f3n-motriz, por lo tanto no requieren la hidr\u00f3lisis de atp.     en lo que se refiere a las bombas de reflujo en bacterias gram negativs se ha visto que en e.Coli. El oper\u00f3n acrab, codifica por una bomba de reflujo pero no codifica para ninguna prote\u00edna de membrana externa (omp), se ha descrito que es la prote\u00edna tolc, la que act\u00faa como canal de membrana externa. En el caso de klebsiella se conoce un sistema de reflujo acrab com el de e.Coli , y en los estudios realizados se puso de manifiesto la presencia de esta bomba de reflujo en las cepas cl\u00ednicas estudiadas y su implicaci\u00f3n en la resistencia a fluoroquinolonas mediante medidas de acumulaci\u00f3n de cicprofloxacina, efectos del antibi\u00f3tico sobre el crecimiento y curvas de muerte.     no se conoce cual es prote\u00edna de canal de la membrana externa que est\u00e1 asociada a la bomba de reflujo acrab en klebsiella. La b\u00fasqueda de esta prote\u00edna asociada a la bomba de reflujo fue el objetivo principal de esta tesis doctoral.     se puso de manifiesto la presencia de la prote\u00edna tolc en una cepa cl\u00ednica de klebsiella oxytoca, de la cual se determin\u00f3 su secuencia y se compar\u00f3 con la de otras entrobacterias obteniendo un elevado percentatge de identitat, especialmente con la
