A muchos de estos des  se les ha clasificado como estrog\u00e9nicos\/androg\u00e9nicos o antiestrog\u00e9nicos\/antiandrog\u00e9ncios bas\u00e1ndose en su capacidad de provocar respuestas a nivel gen\u00f3mico o de bloquear respuestas mediadas por receptor. Sin embargo, no se conocen muy bien las interacciones delos des con enzimas end\u00f3genos, responsables del metabolismo de xenobi\u00f3ticos ni la capacidad de estos de de interferir con el metabolismo de sustratos end\u00f3genos como hormonas.  la presente tesis investiga los efectos de los des  sobre enzimas clave responsables de la s\u00edntesis y el metabolismo de esteroides y del metabolismo de compuestos xenobi\u00f3ticos, en diferentes especies de peces, y su principal objetivo es el de investigado la interferencia in vivo de compuestos des  modelos con esta actividad.
