El primer capitulo es una introduccion general al tema. En el segundo se presenta un analisis perturbativo de los observables de la teoria de campos topologica de chern-simons con grupo gauge su(n). En el tercer capitulo se extienden los metodos desarrollados en el capitulo segundo al caso de la teoria de chern- simons con grupo gauge semisimple arbitrario, lo cual permite identificar los coeficientes de la expansion perturbativa con los llamados invariantes de vassiliev. Estos invariantes se calculan hasta orden sexto en teoria de perturbaciones para todos los nudos de hasta seis cruces. El cuarto capitulo contiene una formulacion de dos diferentes teorias de campos topologicas mediante campos de materia en una variedad diferenciable de dimension cuatro.
