Los objetivos de este estudio fueron la detecci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los fenotipos, genes y vectores de resistencia a macr\u00f3lidos, lincosamidas y estreptograminas b y a otros antibi\u00f3ticos como aminoglic\u00f3sidos, tetraciclina y cloranfenicol, tanto en eoh como en gs comensales. tambi\u00e9n se estudi\u00f3 la sensibilidad a 7 antibi\u00f3ticos o-lact\u00e1micos, a telitromicina, glicop\u00e9ptidos y a linezolid. Especialmente se estudi\u00f3 el papel que juega la transformaci\u00f3n en la transferencia de genes de resistencia a macr\u00f3lidos de estos g\u00e9rmenes a s. Pneumoniae y se realiz\u00f3 la detecci\u00f3n de la posible diseminaci\u00f3n clonal de las cepas mediante el estudio por t\u00e9cnicas de epidemiolog\u00eda molecular. se analizaron 191 eoh (138 s. Mitis, 37 s. Oralis, 7 s. Sanguinis, 5 s. Salivarius, 1 s. Anginosus, 1 s. Intennedius, y 1 s. Acidominimis) y 30 gs (13 g. Haemolysans y 17 g. Morbillorum) resistentes a eritromicina, aisladas principalmente de muestras respiratorias en el servicio de microbiolog\u00eda del hospital cl\u00ednico universitario lozano blesa, zaragoza. el fenotipo de resistencia a macr\u00f3lidos predominante fue el m, tanto en eoh (59.5 %, frente a 26.8% de mlsbc y 13.7% de mlsbi), como en gs (60.0 %, frente a 33.3% de mlsbc y 6.7% de mlsbi), siendo el menos frecuente el mlsbi. S. Sanguinis present\u00f3 \u00fanicamente el fenotipo m. Todas las cepas con fenotipo m, pose\u00edan el gen mef(a\/e), siendo predominante la subclase mef (e) (96.6%). Solamente 6 cepas presentaron la subclase mef(a). Los aislamientos con fenotipo mlsbc y mlsbi portaban el gen enn(b) s\u00f3lo o en combinaci\u00f3n con el gen mef(a\/e) en un 43.8% de las cepas. Doce cepas de cocos o-hemol\u00edticos amplificaron un fragmento de 402 pb perteneciente al gen msr(a).
