Estos compuestos son de gran inter\u00e9s, ya que entre sus potenciales aplicaciones se encuentran el ayudar a comprender el mecanismo molecular por el que en la naturaleza algunos microorganismos reducen el nitr\u00f3geno atmosf\u00e9rico a amoniaco, en condiciones mucho m\u00e1s suaves que las empleadas por el hombre.     el desarrollo de la tesis se ha llevado a cabo a partir de unos objetivos y un planteamiento metodol\u00f3gico claros y bien estructurados y ha sido realizado con una habilidad y conocimiento notable de las t\u00e9cnicas experimentales habituales dentro de un laboratorio de qu\u00edmica organomet\u00e1lica, siguiendo en todo momento el m\u00e9todo cient\u00edfico y con un estricto rigor.     la caracterizaci\u00f3n de todos los compuestos sintetizados se ha llevado a cabo mediante una gran variedad de t\u00e9cnicas tales como la espectroscopia ir, de rmn, an\u00e1lisis elemental, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x de monocristal y medidas de conductividad en disoluci\u00f3n. Estas t\u00e9cnicas se han empleado con gran efectividad, demostrando un importante conocimiento tanto te\u00f3rico como pr\u00e1ctico de las mismas.     los resultados y conclusiones son relevantes
