Se ha estudiado las propiedades estructurales, microestructurales y el\u00e9ctricas de muestras cer\u00e1micas policristalinas de bati2o5 y ba6ti17o40, as\u00ed como de las disoluciones s\u00f3lidas  bati1-xfexo3- , 0 ? X ? 0.1, y bati1-5xnb4xo3, 0 ? X ? 0.015. El bati2o5 muestra un comportamiento ferroel\u00e9ctrico y sus propiedades el\u00e9ctricas dependen en gran medida de las condiciones de calcinaci\u00f3n. El ba6ti17o40 es un excelente diel\u00e9ctrico con una permitividad bastante elevada independiente de la temperatura. las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas de las muestras basadas en la disoluci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida bati1-xfexo3-  son sensibles al tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, observ\u00e1ndose una oxidaci\u00f3n parcial de iones fe3+ a fe4+ a temperaturas inferiores a 700\u00c2\u00bac.
