As\u00ed, las nanopart\u00edculas met\u00e1licas, en concreto de oro y de plata, presentan una serie de caracter\u00edsticas \u00f3pticas (resonancia de plasm\u00f3n superficial), el\u00e9ctricas (conductividad) y f\u00edsicas (capacidad de quimisorber mol\u00e9culas org\u00e1nicas) suponen un material ideal para desarrollar t\u00e9cnicas de inmovilizaci\u00f3n orientada ya desarrolladas para superficies de oro macrosc\u00f3picas.  por otro lado, las nanopart\u00edculas superparamagn\u00e9ticas suponen un material excelente para el desarrollo de sistemas nanoestructurados, debido a su estabilidad en ausencia de campos magn\u00e9ticos pero su reacci\u00f3n frente a un campo magn\u00e9tico externo, propiedad que permite ventajas tales como la preconcentraci\u00f3n de muestra en un punto localizado; se pueden evitar etapas en un proceso largo de s\u00edntesis qu\u00edmica, como la centrifugaci\u00f3n.  se desarrollaron dos m\u00e9todos para la s\u00edntesis de nanopart\u00edculas de oro, utilizando uno de ellos (a trav\u00e9s de micelas inversas) para su derivatizaci\u00f3n con monocapas autoensambladas de tioles. Sobre estas monocapas se desarroll\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una estructura org\u00e1nica que origine un motivo de uni\u00f3n espec\u00edfico para la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas a trav\u00e9s de histidinas. as\u00ed, a trav\u00e9s de introducir dichos amino\u00e1cidos por ingenier\u00eda gen\u00e9tica en la zona deseada de un enzima en particular, se consigue una
