Se divide el trabajo en dos grandes partes. En la primera se asientan las bases en las que se fundamentara el programa que se presenta en la segunda.  para ello se hizo un recorrido entre las principales investigaciones para conocer el estado actual de la ciencia en cuatro grandes aspectos: caracteristicas del superdotado, inteligencia y sus principales modelos, identificacion del superdotado, y programas de intervencion psicopedagogica.  en la segunda parte se desarrolla un programa de intervencion a traves de sendas unidades didacticas que siguen el hilo conductor de la publicidad y la astronomia, respectivamente.
