Se han optimizado las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n conducentes al desarrollo de un proceso altamente estereoselectivo y se ha estudiado el efecto de los sustituyeres en el centro pro-estereoselectividad de la reacci\u00f3n. Este trabajo ha llevado a la obtenci\u00f3n de distintas condiciones de reacci\u00f3n optimizadas que pasaron por el empleo de aditivos quelantes y de especies nucle\u00f3filas heterobimet\u00e1licas.     por otra parte, la modificaci\u00f3n de la estructura del auxiliar quiral ha permitido desarrollar un proceso diatereodivergente, dependiendo de la naturaleza de la funci\u00f3n oxigenada presente en el auxiliar.
