Un algoritmo que aprende esta aproximaci\u00f3n a partir de datos es introducido y evaluado en diferentes tipos de problemas de aproximaci\u00f3n. Propiedades de markov de la aproximaci\u00f3n de kikuchi en el producto de aproximaciones de kikuchi locales definidas en una descomposici\u00f3n del grafo. adicionalmente, la tesis clarifica el lugar de las descomposiciones basadas en cliques en relaci\u00f3n con otras t\u00e9cnicas inspiradas por m\u00e9todos de f\u00edsica estad\u00edstica y discute la aplicaci\u00f3n de los resultados introducidos en la concepci\u00f3n de algoritmos de aprendizaje de aproximaciones de kukuchi.     una algoritmo basado en \u00abb\u00fasqueda+evaluaci\u00f3n\u00bb que aprende aproximaciones de kikuchi a partir de datos es introducido. La tesis presenta los resultados en el uso de este algoritmo en la aproximaci\u00f3n de distribuciones de probabilidad generadas a partir de redes bayesianas. Un algoritmo de estimaci\u00f3n de distribuciones generalizado es introducido.     la tesis aborda el problema de la aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos de optimizaci\u00f3n basados en modelos gr\u00e1ficos a problemas de biolog\u00eda computacional y bioinform\u00e1tica. Se presentan resultados en la aplicaci\u00f3n de diferentes variantes de algoritmos de estimaci\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n para la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas computaciones de
