{"id":53561,"date":"2018-03-09T22:41:16","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:41:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/aporte-al-diseno-de-engranajes-no-circulares-cilindricos-rectos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:41:16","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:41:16","slug":"aporte-al-diseno-de-engranajes-no-circulares-cilindricos-rectos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-mecanicas\/aporte-al-diseno-de-engranajes-no-circulares-cilindricos-rectos\/","title":{"rendered":"Aporte al dise\u00f1o de engranajes no circulares cilindricos rectos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Hector Fabio Quintero Riaza <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En multitud de aplicaciones, es de inter\u00e9s obtener relaciones de transmisi\u00f3n variables a lo largo de un ciclo de rotaci\u00f3n del eslab\u00f3n conductor. \u00e9stas pueden obtenerse mediante distintos mecanismos, entre ellos los engranajes no circulares dando al dise\u00f1o la ventaja de tener una transmisi\u00f3n precisa, ser de tama\u00f1o compacto y poder ser balanceados f\u00e1cilmente. \u00e9stos permiten obtener cualquier ley de desplazamiento o relaci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n entre la velocidad angular del eje conducido y del eje conductor siempre que cumpla con las condiciones requeridas de continuidad y de curvatura exigidas a las curvas primitivas de las ruedas. el objetivo principal de la presente tesis es dar un tratamiento anal\u00edtico al dise\u00f1o de un engranaje no circular que satisface una ley de desplazamiento y realizar el an\u00e1lisis cinem\u00e1tico y cinetost\u00e1tico. en el dise\u00f1o de la ley de desplazamiento se utilizan funciones arm\u00f3nicas, curvas de b\u00e9zier no param\u00e9tricas y curvas b-spline no param\u00e9tricas. Debido a la gran cantidad de publicaciones respecto a los engranajes el\u00edpticos, se deducen la ley de desplazamiento de \u00e9stos tomando como par\u00e1metros de dise\u00f1o la semidistancia focal y la distancia entre los centros de rotaci\u00f3n de las ruedas el\u00edpticas. La mayor parte de investigaciones realizadas sobre engranajes no circulares se centra en el dise\u00f1o y en la aplicaci\u00f3n de los engranajes el\u00edpticos. A pesar de ser muy utilizados, estos tipos de engranajes no garantizan el cumplimiento de cualquier ley de desplazamiento deseada entre sus eslabones. Es por ello que en la presente tesis doctoral se estudia el dise\u00f1o de los engranajes no circulares que cumplan con una ley de desplazamiento deseada. la obtenci\u00f3n de la curva primitiva y del perfil del diente se formulan mediante un m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico que utiliza el \u00e1ngulo de giro de la rueda conductora como \u00fanica variable independiente de entrada.
