Se trata de un documento que oriente al desarrollo de innovaci\u00f3n del curr\u00edculum.  en la primera partes, se analizan las revisiones conceptuales, an\u00e1lisis de paradigmas, modelos y teor\u00edas que explican este campo de estudio. Se pretende contestar a las preguntas \u00c2\u00bfqu\u00e9 es el curr\u00edculo? \u00c2\u00bfd\u00f3nde se ubica? \u00c2\u00bfc\u00f3mo innovar en \u00e9l? \u00c2\u00bfcu\u00e1l es el significado de crear una innovaci\u00f3n? Etc. Se centra la atenci\u00f3n en la intervenci\u00f3n curricular desde la l\u00f3gica del dise\u00f1o, innovaci\u00f3n, y evaluaci\u00f3n. Desde los impl\u00edcitos te\u00f3ricos conceptuales se llega a niveles operativos de actuaci\u00f3n propiciando propuestas en cada uno de los \u00e1mbitos estudiados. Asimismo hemos indagado sobre las principales teor\u00edas que conforman la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la teor\u00eda curricular, la investigaci\u00f3n educativa y la innovaci\u00f3n. la segunda parte de este trabajo la constituye el n\u00facleo emp\u00edrico de la investigaci\u00f3n, se incluyen cuatro estudios de caso, orientados a percibir las diversas formas que se entienden por curr\u00edculo, dise\u00f1o, innovaci\u00f3n, desempe\u00f1o profesional y evaluaci\u00f3n. Se abordan aspectos innovadores que se pudieran plasmar en la innovaci\u00f3n curricular, lo cual se traducir\u00e1 en una transformaci\u00f3n permanente para las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior. Finalmente, en la tercera parte, se discuten las conclusiones en el marco de las tendencias actuales. Incluye las referencias bibliogr\u00e1ficas y los distintos anexos que integran el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n. el objetivo principal de este trabajo es proponer un modelo de creatividad para orientar las innovaciones curriculares a nivel superior. Adem\u00e1s de obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre el estado actual dela educaci\u00f3n superior, con el fin de enriquecer los planes y programas de estudio en t\u00e9rminos
