Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La hemolinfa de mytilus galloprovincialis contiene dos poblaciones hemocitarias: hialinocitos y granulocitos.  los hialinocitos son menos numerosos y presentan caracteristicas de celulas poco diferenciadas. Los granulocitos poseen un citoplasma bien desarrollado.  dentro de los granulocitos se diferencian dos subpoblaciones: acidofilos y basofilos. Los granulocitos tienen una mayor capacidad de fagocitosis que los hialinocitos. Asociada a la fagocitosis se producen radicales toxicos del oxigeno. Los hemocitos poseen abundantes enzimas hidroliticos. Los niveles de actividad de estos enzimas no sufren variacion estacional. Los hemocitos tambien mostraron actividad de fenoloxidasa, peroxidasa y nadh oxidasa.  la densidad de hemocitos en la hemolinfa oscila entre 0,28 y 15,6&#215;10 seis hem\/ml y se ajusta a un ciclo estacional que esta correlacionado con la temperatura del agua. Algunos parasitos inducen un aumento de hemocitos en la hemolinfa que causa cambios en la proporcion de hialinocitos y granulocitos. Esta respuesta defensiva parece estar relacionada con el grado de patogenicidad del parasito.
