Para ello, se aborda el estudio de las percepciones del mando intermedio en dos hospitales mediante la metodolog\u00eda cualitativa grounded theory. El an\u00e1lisis de las percepciones m\u00e1s saturadas del mando intermedio (percepciones de falta de autonom\u00eda y falta de apoyo y comprensi\u00f3n), junto al an\u00e1lisis de su identificaci\u00f3n como gestor, dan lugar a un marco conceptual final que responde a las preguntas de tesis planteadas inicialmente y que permite logras la comprensi\u00f3n
