Las t\u00e9cnicas empleadas fundamentalmente han sido la espectroscopia de impedancia electroqu\u00edmica (eis) y la microbalanza electroqu\u00edmica de cuarzo (eqcm).  a lo largo de la lectura de la tesis, queda patente que el proceso ni(ii) + 2e- d ni (0) no es ni elemental ni reversible, ni que los sistemas multicapa estudiados est\u00e1n constituidos por capas bien ordenadas. La electroqu\u00edmica del n\u00edquel es bien compleja y a veces los experimentos parecen de incierta validez, porque se superponen a las propias reacciones electroqu\u00edmicas fen\u00f3menos fisicoqu\u00edmicos, como cambios de fase, transporte, precipitaciones y disoluci\u00f3n, los cuales introducen irreversibilidad electroqu\u00edmica y muchas dudas en la comprensi\u00f3n del proceso global.  es por eso que se ha intentado profundizar con herramientas como la eqcm y eis, que han aclarado, hasta cierto punto, algunos de los problemas abordados.  en primer lugar se ha analizado la disoluci\u00f3n del n\u00edquel met\u00e1lico en medio \u00e1cido, para despu\u00e9s, considerando la formaci\u00f3n de una capa pasiva, pasar a estudiar sistemas termopl\u00e1sticos con una matriz conductora, as\u00ed como el caso de pol\u00edmeros electrogenerados en medio \u00e1cido sobre n\u00edquel.  por lo que respecta al an\u00e1lisis de los resultados de eis, ha estado centrado fundamentalmente en la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica relativa al proceso de electrodisoluci\u00f3n.
