Los estados con v\u00f3rtices se determinan minimizando los funcionales correspondientes a cada sistema, funcional de ginzburg-landau para los superconductores y de gross-pitaevskii para los condensados de bose-einstein. Los sistemas que se estudian son tiras superconductoras y condensados de bose-einstein muy alargados.Las respectivas funciones de onda de cada sistema son propuestas como una expansi\u00f3n de las autofunciones del operador cin\u00e9tico para los superconductores y de los operadores cin\u00e9ticos, de confinamiento y rotaci\u00f3n para los condensados. El proceso de minimizaci\u00f3n se realiza encontrando los correspondientes coeficientes de la expansi\u00f3n que minimizan cada funcional.Para tiras superconductoras se estudian los efectos que tienen los distintos tipos de interfase en la estructura de la red de v\u00f3rtices. Adicionalmente se estudian los campos cr\u00edticos de expulsi\u00f3n de v\u00f3rtices cuando se disminuye el campo magn\u00e9tico intentando explicar resultados experimentales recientes. Finalmente se estudia el efecto de la corriente en la red de v\u00f3rtices explicando, a la luz de la teor\u00eda de ginzburg-landau, la naturaleza de la corriente cr\u00edtica y el efecto de la corriente en el ingreso o salida de v\u00f3rtices en una tira.Para los condensados muy alargados se estudian la red de v\u00f3rtices para confinamientos parab\u00f3licos y parab\u00f3licos m\u00e1s una pared infinita. En ambos casos se estudian la estructura de la red y se encuentran el tipo de transici\u00f3n de fase que se da cuando el sistema una fila de v\u00f3rtices al aumentar la frecuencia de
