Netrinas y semaforinas y componen dos de las cinco familias de factores gu\u00eda existentes. En este trabajo, nosotros hemos estudiado el efecto quimiot\u00e1ctico de netrina1 y semaforinas secretables sema3a y sema3f en la gu\u00eda de interneuronas y sus axones durante el desarrollo del cerebelo y el hipocampo, as\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n de sema3a en el proceso de regeneraci\u00f3n de axones axotomizados en un modelo in vitro.  el primer objetivo de nuestro trabajo fue el estudio de la funci\u00f3n de netrina1 en el desarrollo postnatal de interneuronas de la corteza cerebelar, y pudimos constatar que:     a,- netrina1 es un factor quimiorepulsivo in vitro para interneuronas de la corteza cerebelar postnatal.     b,- netrina1 y sus receptores dcc, unc5h2 y unc5h3 se expresan en la corteza cerebelar durante el desarrollo postnatal.     c,- las interneuronas de la corteza postnatal cerebelar expresan netrina1 y sus receptores dcc, unc5h2 y unc5h3.     d,- dcc no parece participar en la se\u00f1al quimiorepulsiva de netrina1 ante interneuronas de la corteza cerebelar.     e,- las interneuronas de la corteza cerebelar migran tanto in vitro como in vivo a asociadas a fibras gliales.     nuestro segundo objetivo fue estudiar el efecto de sema3a y sema3f sobre axones gaba\u00e9rgicos de la formaci\u00f3n hipocampal en desarrollo. hemos observado que:     a,- sema3a y sema3f son agentes quimiorepulsivos in vitro sobre axones hipocampales embironarios y posnatales, mientras que solamente sema3f repele axones entorrinales embrionarios.     b,- sema3a, sema3f y sus respectivos receptores neuropilina1 y neuropilina2 se expresan en el hipocampo a edades embrionarias y postnatales.     c,- interneuronas gaba\u00e9rgicas de la capa piramidal y el estrato oriens expresan neuropilina1 y 2 , mientras que aquellas situadas en los
