Se caracterizan por compartir una elevada homolog\u00eda estructural y localizar en la misma posici\u00f3n 23 del brazo largo del cromosoma 1. Los miembros cd84, cd150, cd229, cd244, cd319 y ntb-a poseen una regi\u00f3n intracelular con, como m\u00ednimo, un motivo tirosina del tipos t-v\/i-y-xx-v\/i. este es el motivo consenso de uni\u00f3n de una familia de mol\u00e9culas adaptadoras llamadas sap e eat-2. En humanos, deficiencias en sap son responsables de una inmunodeficiencia ligada al cromosoma x: s\u00edndrome de xlp, caracterizado por una extra susceptibilidad al virus del epstein-barr, con mononucleosis infecciosa fulminante. el objetivo de esta tesis ha sido identificar nuevos ligandos intracelulares para el receptor cd244. La activaci\u00f3n del cd244 (\u00f3 2b4) implica una activaci\u00f3n de la citotoxicita de incremento en producci\u00f3n del interfer\u00f3n g (ifng) de las c\u00e9lulas nk y linfocitos cd8+ citot\u00f3xicos.  mediante el sistema del triple h\u00edbrido en levaduras, encontramos que la mol\u00e9cula 3bp2 se asocia directamente a la regi\u00f3n intracelular del cd244 en condiciones de fosforilaci\u00f3n. El 3bp2 es una mol\u00e9cula adaptadora de expresi\u00f3n en c\u00e9lulas hematopoy\u00e9ticas, que, sin poseer ninguna actividad catal\u00edtica tiene la capacidad de asociarse a diferentes prote\u00ednas, formando un signolosoma y participando positivamente en la activaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas de linaje hematopoy\u00e9tico. eh humanos, mutaciones puntuales en el 3bp2 son responsables de una enfermedad autos\u00f3mica dominante, llamada querubismo, caracterizada por una degradaci\u00f3n acelerada de los huesos de las maxilas, relacionado con una disfunci\u00f3n de los osteoclastos. el primer objetivo fue verificar y caracterizar la interacci\u00f3n entre el receptor cd244 i el adaptador 3bp2 en c\u00e9lulas humanas de nk. en condiciones de activaci\u00f3n, se detect\u00f3
