subcomisural es una diferenciaci\u00f3n ependimaria ubicada en la l\u00ednea media dorsal del prosomero 1 (regi\u00f3n caudal del dienc\u00e9falo), justo debajo de la comisura posterior. estas c\u00e9lulas ependimarias est\u00e1n especializadas en la secreci\u00f3n de glicoprote\u00ednas de alto peso molecular (entre ellas la osc-espondina) hacia el l\u00edquido cefalorraqu\u00eddeo, donde pueden quedar solubles o polimerizar en una estructura fibrilar denominada fibra de reissner.  la presente tesis aporta nuevos datos sobre:     1,- la actividad secretora de estas c\u00e9lulas en etapas embrionarias muy tempranas.     2,- la polimorizaci\u00f3n de la fibra de reissner durante el desarrollo embrionario.     3,- el papel de las c\u00e9lulas del \u00f3rgano subcomisural en la formaci\u00f3n de la comisura posterior.     todos los dise\u00f1os experimentales se han realizado en el embri\u00f3n de pollo y los resultados obtenidos sugieren que:     1,- en etapas muy tempranas del desarrollo embrionario del pollo (4-5 d\u00edas de desarrollo) existe material soluble en el l\u00edquido cefalorraqu\u00eddeo, relacionado inmunol\u00f3gicamente con el material de secreci\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano subcomisural.     2,- la formaci\u00f3n de la fibra de reissner durante el desarrollo embrionario depende de un factor extr\u00ednseco al \u00f3rgano subcomisural, dicho factor aparece a partir del estadio de los 11 d\u00edas de desarrollo embrionario.     3,- el \u00f3rgano subcomisural produce mol\u00e9culas de la gu\u00eda axonal y posee efectos in vitro sobre la formaci\u00f3n de neuritas que se generan a partir de explantes del n\u00facleo magnocelular de la comisura posterior (n\u00facleo que produce la mayor pate de las fibras que forman la comisura posterior en etapas tempranas)  estos resultados sugieren que las c\u00e9lulas del \u00f3rgano subcomisural podr\u00eda participar en la formaci\u00f3n de la comisura posterior durante etapas tempranas del desarrollo
