Su uso se acompa\u00f1a de una inevitable activaci\u00f3n de la coagulaci\u00f3n de los circuitos que repercute en el rendimiento de la t\u00e9cnica e implica la necesidad de anticoagular los circuitos, aumentando el riesgo de hemorragia en estos pacientes.  objetivos y m\u00e9todos     determinar la seguridad y eficacia de la heparina no fraccionada, el epoprostenol o el uso combinado de ambos para mantener permeables los filtros o bien valorar la posibilidad de no anticoagular en pacientes de alto riesgo. Para ello se realiza un an\u00e1lisis de un registro prospectivo aplicado a todos los pacientes tratados en la uci del hospital carlos haya mediante tcrr desde 1994 hasta 2004.  resultados     la supervivencia de los filtros se relaciona con factores mec\u00e1nicos (flujo de sangre, fracci\u00f3n de filtraci\u00f3n) y cl\u00ednicos (plaquetas). Los reg\u00edmenes anticoagulantes empleados (heparina en pacientes sin problemas, epoprostenol con coagulopat\u00eda o trombopenia, terapia mixta en casos con hipercoagulabilidad o ning\u00fan tratamiento en pacientes con elevado riesgo de sangrado) proporcionan tiempos de duraci\u00f3n similares y bajo riesgo de sangrado, aunque la frecuencia de sangrado es superior en el grupo de
