Lourdes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudiaron los efectos del estres en los principales organos del sistema inmune en el raton c57bl\/6. Se observo una involucion timica, esplenica y ganglionar, modulada por diversos factores como la edad, el tipo de estres, el agente estresante y el tiempo de exposicion al agente estresante. A nivel celular se observo una inhibicion en la migracion de las celulas precursoras de los linfocitos t desde la medula osea hacia el timo regulada por un factor\/es procedentes de sobrenadantes de timo obtenidos in vitro. Se observo tambien una bajada y degradacion proteica en el timo indicativo de muerte celular probablemente y asimismo se vio un aumento de linfocitos t cooperadores y citotoxicos en preparaciones sanguineas de ratones estresados con respecto a los controles.
