En la segunda se hicieron variaciones sobre la parte aromatica, observandose que el grado de actividad esta relacionado con la conformacion mas estable y la distribucion de los minimos de potencial electrostatico molecular.  se ha estudiado la sintesis de los alcaloides chiloenina y chiloenamina mediante la aplicacion de una reaccion de diels-alder intra e intermolecularmente, descartandose su posible aplicacion a la misma.
