Fuentes Lagos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En una primera parte, esta tesis doctoral somete a validaci\u00f3n experimental dos cuestionarios para analizar la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral docente, por un lado, y el ambiente de aula, por el otro, en las organizaciones universitarias.  en una segunda parte, y a partir de una muestra de profesores y de alumnos de las carreras de ingenier\u00eda comercial y servicio labora de dos universidades chilenas, estudia la correlaci\u00f3n de los citadas estructuras con el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico de los estudiantes, considerando as\u00ed mismo la influencia de
