Ambos forman un sistema \u00fanico, en el cual tan1 act\u00faa proporcionando la transposasa capaz de movilizar a vader. Esta caracter\u00edstica, junto con el funcionamiento propuesto del sistema descrito en la patente americana 5.985.570, han sido las empleadas en la elaboraci\u00f3n del sistema de mutag\u00e9nesis descrito en esta memoria.  a partir de este funcionamiento observado se desarrollaron todas las construcciones descritas en esta memoria, primero mediante un sistema \u00abdoble\u00bb de transposici\u00f3n en el cual los elementos \u00abvader\u00bb y tan1 estar\u00edan incluidos en dos pl\u00e1smidos distintos. En este proceso, se emplear\u00eda la resistencia a fleomicina primero y a higromicina despu\u00e9s. La funcionalidad de este sistema se demostr\u00f3 realizando la interrupci\u00f3n del gen pyrg en a. Niger y del gen ya en a. Nidulans. posteriormente, con el vector pirfn, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la elaboraci\u00f3n de un sistema transposicional \u00ab\u00fanico\u00bb con el empleo del gen ble de resistencia a fleomicina como \u00fanico marcador de selecci\u00f3n. Mediante esta construcci\u00f3n, fueron obtenidos mutantes del gen wa en a. Nidulans. el gen hph que confiere resistencia a higromicina b, se us\u00f3 en la construcci\u00f3n del vector phvfn con el que se elaboraron los pl\u00e1smidos phvt2-r y phvt2-f. Con estas construcciones, se logr\u00f3 la interrupci\u00f3n del gen tan1, evitando as\u00ed que el elemento vader siguiese transponi\u00e9ndose sin control y estabilizando el genotipo mutante obtenido ya que en las cepas f\u00fangicas empleadas en las transformaciones se comprob\u00f3 previamente la ausencia de los tranposones descritos en esta memoria. por lo tanto, se ha logrado obtener un sistema de mutag\u00e9nesis funcional y estable con los elementos descritos dentro del g\u00e9nero aspergillus, alcanz\u00e1ndose as\u00ed el objetivo principal propuesto en
