La tesis ha sido dividida en tres partes.     en un primer lugar se describen los dos marcos te\u00f3ricos utilizados:     1,- la teor\u00eda del funcional de la densidad dependiente del tiempo (tddft).     2,- la teor\u00eda de las perturbaciones de muchos cuerpos (mbpt). Y desarrollamos en detalle las posibilidades de conectar ambas teor\u00edas.     en la segunda parte se describen los algoritmos y las implementaciones num\u00e9ricas utilizadas en el c\u00e1lculo y las contribuciones originales de nuestro trabajo al desarrollo de las t\u00e9cnicas de c\u00e1lculo.      en la \u00faltima parte se exponen los resultados obtenidos para distintos sistemas.  mediante la teor\u00eda del funcional de la densidad dependiente del tiempo se han estudiado la respuesta \u00f3ptica de biomol\u00e9culas con potencial aplicaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica. los resultados explican los experimentos con gran precisi\u00f3n. Con la misma t\u00e9cnica hemos analizado la respuesta de sistemas casi unidimensionales (pol\u00edmeros). Para este tipo de sistemas los resultados obtenidos con funcionales est\u00e1ndar dan resultados muy malos por lo que hemos desarrollado un nuevo funcional basado en la teor\u00eda de perturbaciones de muchos cuerpos. En los \u00faltimos cap\u00edtulos se expone un nuevo m\u00e9todo para tratar problemas de fotoemisi\u00f3n en el marco de la tddft que permite describir efectos no lineales: esta t\u00e9cnica se ha
