El trabajo realizado podemos resumirlo en tres grandes apartados. el primero de ellos est\u00e1 dedicado a una serie de niquelatos laminares con orden de carga y f\u00f3rmula general ln2-x srx nio4  (ln=la, pr, nd, sm; x=0.33 y 0.50) primeramente se ha realizado una caracterizaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica y de transporte y posteriormente hemos estudiado sus propiedade diel\u00e9ctricas variando el m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis, naturaleza del contacto, grosor y grado de sinterizaci\u00f3n de las muestras. Estos estudios pusieron en evidencia la contribuci\u00f3n de factores extr\u00ednsecos a la respuest diel\u00e9ctrica que realzan su valor intr\u00ednseco. En estos compuestos hemos observado una relaci\u00f3n entre el estado electr\u00f3nico que presentan los compuestos y la anomal\u00eda obtenida en la constante diel\u00e9ctrica a temperaturas ligadas al orden de carga. Bas\u00e1ndonos en estos niquelatos hemos preparado sistemas multicapa aislante-niquelato-aislante (aislante=mica o tefl\u00f3n) con atractivos valores de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica y bajos valores de la tangente de p\u00e9rdidas. en el segundo apartado, nos hemos centrado en la manganita magnetorresistiva la0.67 ca0.33 mno3 en la que hemos estudiado sus propiedades diel\u00e9ctrica y la influencia del campo magn\u00e9tico externo sobre dichas propiedades. As\u00ed en este estudio hemos obtenido un importante efecto magnetodiel\u00e9ctrico a temperatura ambiente y a campos relativamente bajos a trav\u00e9s de la combinaci\u00f3n del fen\u00f3meno de magnetorresistencia, de la segregaci\u00f3n de fases electr\u00f3nicas presente en este compuesto y del fen\u00f3meno de polarizaci\u00f3n interfacial maxwell-wagner. Por \u00faltimo, en el \u00faltimo bloque nos hemos centrado en los oxiboratos m2 obo3 (m=fe y mn) y hemos estudiado sus propiedades magn\u00e9ticas, de transporte y diel\u00e9ctricas, adem\u00e1s
