La fitoextracci\u00f3n ha emergido como una tecnolog\u00eda barata y medioambientalmente aceptable que propone el empleo de plantas para la eliminaci\u00f3n de metales pesados en los suelos contaminados. En esta tesis se realizaron una serie de estudios encaminados al desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico de la fitoextraci\u00f3n inducida y en continuo.  el estudio se inici\u00f3 con la selecci\u00f3n de especies vegetales de crecimiento r\u00e1pido y elevada producci\u00f3n biom\u00e1sica, seg\u00fan su tolerancia y acumulaci\u00f3n de metales en los tejidos a\u00e9reos, para su posterior utilizaci\u00f3n en fitoextracci\u00f3n inducida. La adecuaci\u00f3n de la dosis del agente quelante, i.E.
