{"id":54166,"date":"2018-03-09T22:41:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/teacher-training-in-ict-based-learning-settings-design-and-implementation-of-an-on-line-instructional-model-for-english-language-teachers\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:41:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:41:52","slug":"teacher-training-in-ict-based-learning-settings-design-and-implementation-of-an-on-line-instructional-model-for-english-language-teachers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/linguistica\/teacher-training-in-ict-based-learning-settings-design-and-implementation-of-an-on-line-instructional-model-for-english-language-teachers\/","title":{"rendered":"Teacher training in ict-based learning settings: design and implementation of an on-line instructional model for english language teachers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Del Mar Camacho Mart\u00ed <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Inmersos de lleno en la sociedad del conocimiento, la incorporaci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n en los procesos de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje suponen un gran reto a alcanzar por parte tanto de instituciones educativas, como de un profesorado todav\u00eda poco formado y menos consciente de los cambios metodol\u00f3gicos a los que se enfrenta: flexibilizaci\u00f3n tiempo-espacio, emergencia de nuevos escenarios de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje, desaparici\u00f3n del rol tradicional del profesor, estrategias de formaci\u00f3n que potencian la colaboraci\u00f3n y el auto-aprendizaje, la generaci\u00f3n de redes de comunicaci\u00f3n&#8230;  en el marco de la formaci\u00f3n del profesorado, dichas transformaciones conllevan a la aparici\u00f3n de nuevo modelos formativos. La gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento constituye -sin duda- un punto de partida fundamental para poder desarrollar nociones avanzadas de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje junto con un uso adecuado de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed, las instituciones educativas deben facilitar que los procesos de creaci\u00f3n y de diseminaci\u00f3n del conocimiento se originen de forma apropiada a la vez que deben actuar y promover la nueva cultura del aprender. La formaci\u00f3n a lo largo de la vida se establece como prioridad en los programas educativos y de formaci\u00f3n de la agenda europea (2007-2013) y a nuestro entender, \u00e9sta puede ser claramente ejemplificada por la creaci\u00f3n de comunidades virtuales de aprendizaje en las que individuos con objetivos similares se unen para alcanzar retos en com\u00fan. El uso de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y de modalidades de formaci\u00f3n basadas en entornos virtuales ayudan a la comunidad a generar e intercambiar conocimiento en un entorno en el que se participa de forma colaborativa, se comparten experiencias y se solucionan problemas, produciendo procesos de formaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje continuos y en constante evoluci\u00f3n.  tomando estas y
