Adem\u00e1s, se ha iniciado recientemente una nueva l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n dirigida a la b\u00fasqueda de compuestos que se unan al sitio de taxoides, con el objetivo de obtener an\u00e1logos con una estructura m\u00e1s sencilla. En el trabajo desarrollado en la tesis doctoral se han abordado ambas l\u00edneas. de la gran variedad de compuestos que se unen al sitio de la colchicina, para este trabajo se seleccionaron como modelo las combretastatinas y las fenstatinas, \u00e9stos \u00faltimos compuestos poco frecuentes en bibliograf\u00eda y con actividad muy interesante. Se han sintetizado un gran n\u00famero de fenstatinas, nuevos derivados con modificaciones en el puente y en los dos anillos arom\u00e1ticos y se han realizado de todos \u00e9stos compuestos los ensayos de inhibici\u00f3n de polimerizaci\u00f3n de tubulina y de citotoxicidad, obteni\u00e9ndose resultados muy interesantes. los an\u00e1logos simplificados de taxol han sido dise\u00f1ados sobre una estructura b\u00e1sica de diciclopentadieno. \u00e9ste es un sistema r\u00edgido, que permite la incorporaci\u00f3n de diversos sustituyentes en zonas del espacio que coinciden con las ocupadas por los sustituyentes presentes en la mol\u00e9cula de paclitaxel, seg\u00fan se ha puesto de manifiesto mediante estudios de modelado molecular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
