Destaca la interdependencia y complejidad de la red de conexiones que se establece entre los contextos de producci\u00f3n y los discursos compartidos, agrupando los campos de discursividad en transnacional (organismos internacionales), nacional (inducci\u00f3n, prescripci\u00f3n, regulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas) y acad\u00e9mico-cient\u00edfico (debate, producci\u00f3n, cr\u00edtica, socializaci\u00f3n del conocimiento). Resalta que, a pesar de que cada uno de ellos tiene sus propias especificidades, cuando ponen en acci\u00f3n sus aparatos reguladores a favor de la formaci\u00f3n de sujetos participativos, caminan paralelos, se apartan, se cruzan y en ocasiones se excluyen en sus funciones enunciativas de protecci\u00f3n (act\u00faa como principio moral e instancia protectora del sujeto en ejercicio de sus derechos fundamentales), integrativa (participaci\u00f3n social que forja el sentimiento de pertenencia y gobernabilidad de los sistemas educativos), y constitutiva de conocimientos (condiciones cognitivas e interactivas de la participaci\u00f3n social).
