Siendo la mec\u00e1nica cu\u00e1ntica en sus or\u00edgenes considerada esencialmente como un marco te\u00f3rico en el que poder explicar ciertos procesos fundamentales que acontec\u00edan en la naturaleza, fue durante los a\u00f1os 80 y 90 cuando se empez\u00f3 a pensar sobre el comportamiento intr\u00ednsecamente cu\u00e1ntico del mundo en el que vivimos como una herramienta con la que poder desarrollar tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s potentes, basadas en los mismos principios de la f\u00edsica cu\u00e1ntica. Tal y como landauer dijo, la informaci\u00f3n es f\u00edsica, por lo que no debe en absoluto extra\u00f1arnos el que se intentara comulgar la mec\u00e1nica con la teor\u00eda del a informaci\u00f3n. Y nada m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad, pues pronto se vio que era posible utilizar las leyes de la f\u00edsica cu\u00e1ntica para realizar tareas inconcebibles desde un punto de vista cl\u00e1sico. Por ejemplo, el descubrimiento de la teleportaci\u00f3n, la codificaci\u00f3n superdensa, la criptograf\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica, el algoritmo de factorizaci\u00f3n de shor o el algoritmo de b\u00fasqueda de grover, constituyen algunos de los logros remarcables que han atra\u00eddo la atenci\u00f3n de mucha gente, dentro y fuera de la ciencia. Queda la informaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica, pues, constituida como un campo genuinamente plurisdiciplinar, en el que se concentran investigadores provenientes de diferentes ramas de la f\u00edsica, las matem\u00e1ticas y la ingenier\u00eda.  mientras en sus or\u00edgenes era la informaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica quienes e beneficiaba del conocimiento de otros campos, a d\u00eda de hoy las herramientas desarrolladas en el marco de la teor\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica de la informaci\u00f3n pueden ser asimismo usadas en el estudio de problemas de diferentes \u00e1reas, como la f\u00edsica de muchos cuerpos o la teor\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica de campos. Ello es debido al estudio detallado que la informaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica desarrolla de las correlaciones cu\u00e1nticas, o entrelazam<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
