No tenemos constancia de estudio alguno que haya registrado de manera simult\u00e1nea los patrones de movimiento lumbo-p\u00e9lvico y la actividad neuromuscular de la musculatura extensora de la espalda mediante t\u00e9cnicas no invasivas, y los haya comparado entre distintos grupos de pacientes con dolor lumbar y alteraciones espec\u00edficas de la anatom\u00eda de la regi\u00f3n lumbo-p\u00e9lvica.  material y m\u00e9todos  participaron 50 sujetos sin antecedentes de dolor y 50 sujetos con dolor lumbar, de entre los cuales se obtuvieron los diferentes grupos espec\u00edficos: hernia de disco, espondilolistesis, sacroile\u00edtis bilateral, espondilitis anquilosante. Durante ciclos estandarizados de flexo-extensi\u00f3n del tronco se analizaron, siempre mediante t\u00e9cnicas no invasivas:  1) el movimiento de la cadera y la columna lumbar, mediante un electrogoni\u00f3metro tipo isotrak que proporciona los grados de flexi\u00f3n.  2) la actividad el\u00e9ctrica del m\u00fasculo erector spinae, mediante un electromi\u00f3grafo inal\u00e1mbrico de superficie tipo mespec 4000.  todos los datos registrados estaban sincronizados. Tras procesarlos y normalizarlos, se obtuvieron una serie de variables: actividad mioel\u00e9ctrica y grados de flexi\u00f3n lumbar y de cadera medios en cada etapa del movimiento; rangos m\u00e1ximos de flexi\u00f3n de tronco, cadera y columna lumbar; tiempos de mantenimiento de la flexi\u00f3n lumbar y de cadera por encima del 90% de su m\u00e1ximo; duraci\u00f3n, inicio y final del fen\u00f3meno de flexi\u00f3n-relajaci\u00f3n del erector espinal; \u00edndices de relajaci\u00f3n sobre la actividad mioel\u00e9ctrica de la flexi\u00f3n, la extensi\u00f3n y la flexo-extensi\u00f3n.  se
