De esta forma resulta cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s com\u00fan acceder a un mapa de la zona donde nos encontramos, localizar la gasolinera m\u00e1s pr\u00f3xima, consultar la cartelera de cine o establecer una videoconferencia con un familiar.  por desgracia, estos avances tecnol\u00f3gicos no han venido acompa\u00f1ados de alg\u00fan mecanismo que nos asegure un adecuado acceso a estos servicios, es decir, soporte de calidad de servicio. En el caso de las tecnolog\u00edas inal\u00e1mbricas, caracterizadas por su extrema dependencia de las condiciones del entorno y su baja eficiencia, el soporte de calidad de servicio cobra un especial inter\u00e9s.                esta tesis propone una arquitectura de red de acceso que ofrece soporte de calidad de servicio, basada en el modelo de servicios diferenciados, al mismo tiempo que permite
