Esta memoria utiliza dicho proceso para la multiplicaci\u00f3n in vitro de yemas (caulog\u00e9nesis) de pinus pinea l. Obtenidas a partir de cotiledones de embriones maduros. el pino pi\u00f1onero es una con\u00edfera aut\u00f3ctona de la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica y es utilizado tanto para reforestaciones en el \u00e1rea mediterr\u00e1nea como para la producci\u00f3n de pi\u00f1\u00f3n.El sistema experimental en el que se basa dicha multiplicaci\u00f3n in vitro destaca por su simplicidad y alta eficiencia, por lo que representa un m\u00e9todo \u00fatil a la hora de abordar el estudio de los aspectos fisiol\u00f3gicos y\/o moleculares del proceso de organog\u00e9nesis adventicia. la presencia de bencilaminopurina en el medio de cultivo es esencial para la formaci\u00f3n de yemas en cotiledones de pinus pinea l., De ah\u00ed que nuestros esfuerzos se hayan centrado en el estudio de su absorci\u00f3n por parte del tejido cotiledonar y en el posterior metabolismo a la que es sometida en la c\u00e9lula vegetal.Otro aspecto en el que \u00e9sta memoria hace especial hincapi\u00e9, es el enfoque molecular de la organog\u00e9nesis adventicia y en concreto en la implicaci\u00f3n de las citoquininas en dicho proceso. Si bien \u00e9ste es un aspecto ya estudiado en dicotiled\u00f3neas, a\u00fan no se ha comprobado si el mecanismo por el cual las citoquininas inducen la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica diferencial, que tiene como resultado la formaci\u00f3n de yemas adventicias, es extrapolable a gimnospermas y por tanto representa un proceso altamente conservado a lo largo de la evoluci\u00f3n natural.
