Nuestro abordaje experimental nos ha permitido identificar la interacci\u00f3n entre p27 y snx6, una prote\u00edna involucrada en el tr\u00e1fico proteico a trav\u00e9s de la ruta endolisosomal. Mediante ensayos de doble h\u00edbrido en levadura y ensayos de arrastre con gst hemos identificado los dominios responsables de dicha interacci\u00f3n.  estudios de expresi\u00f3n y localizaci\u00f3n subcelular por inmunofluorescencia en c\u00e9lulas 3t3 y hela nos han permitido demostrar que snx6 y p27 colocalizan y que ambas prote\u00ednas se encuentran en los diferentes org\u00e1nulos de la ruta endolisosomal.  adem\u00e1s hemos analizado los efectos de los inhibidores de la degradaci\u00f3n lisosomal sobre la expresi\u00f3n de p27 y los efectos de la ganancia y p\u00e9rdida de funci\u00f3n de snx6 sobre la expresi\u00f3n de p27 y la progresi\u00f3n del ciclo celular.  nuestros resultados nos permiten proponer una nueva v\u00eda de degradaci\u00f3n de p27 a trav\u00e9s de la
