Los trabajos sobre dise\u00f1os de experimentos en modelos de respuesta binaria y concretamente los dise\u00f1os d-\u00f3ptimos para dichos modelos s\u00f3lo han sido estudiados en el caso general. El obtener los dise\u00f1os d-\u00f3ptimos a dos niveles viene justificado por la importancia que tienen en el campo de dise\u00f1o de experimentos. La memoria est\u00e1 estructurada en ocho cap\u00edtulos en los que se abordan estos dise\u00f1os seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de factores, si el modelo contiene o no interacciones, o si los factores se encuentran o no estandarizados. en el primer cap\u00edtulo se introducen los conceptos b\u00e1sicos de la optimalidad en dise\u00f1o de experimentos, de los dise\u00f1os a dos niveles y se lleva a cabo una revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica de los dise\u00f1os d-\u00f3ptimos globales para modelos de respuesta binaria. en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se aportan resultados generales relacionados con el determinante de la matriz de informaci\u00f3n de fisher para modelos lineales generalizados. Estpos resultados son la base para el c\u00e1lculo de los dise\u00f1os d-\u00f3ptimos en cap\u00edtulos posteriores. en los cap\u00edtulos 3,4 y 5 se obtienen los dise\u00f1os a dos niveles cuando el modelo no incluye interacciones, mientras que en el cap\u00edtulo 6 se a\u00f1ade dicho t\u00e9rmino al predictor lineal. en el cap\u00edtulo 7 se lleva a cabo el estudio de un dise\u00f1o d-\u00f3ptimo a dos niveles con dos factores cuando \u00e9stos se encuentran estandarizados.
