A ello, le sigue un exhaustivo an\u00e1lisis del sistema de fuentes salariales que se pone en relaci\u00f3n con el principio de suficiencia retributiva, la prohibici\u00f3n de discriminaci\u00f3n, el derecho a unos descansos retribuidos y la limitaci\u00f3n del salario en especie. en el cap\u00edtulo ii se analiza detalladamente el concepto de salario, tanto en su aspecto positivo como negativo. Dado que ambas nociones no eluden la existencia de problemas de calificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, el contenido de este cap\u00edtulo se complementa con un an\u00e1lisis de los mismos y de las pautas que deben seguirse para resolverlos.  el cap\u00edtulo iii tiene por objeto los sistemas salariales y abunda en el r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico de la estructura salarial. el tratamiento de ambas cuestiones se efect\u00faa conjuntamente en la medida en que la opci\u00f3n de una concreta f\u00f3rmula retributiva condiciona la composici\u00f3n salarial. asimismo, en este apartado se efect\u00faa una reflexi\u00f3n sobre el alcance de las disposiciones estatutarias que regulan la consolidaci\u00f3n de los complementos salariales, mostrando como incide sobre todos ellos la estrecha relaci\u00f3n que siempre existe entre trabajo y retribuci\u00f3n. en el cap\u00edtulo iv se examinan cuestiones diversas referidas a la cuant\u00eda salarial. La exposici\u00f3n se inicia con un an\u00e1lisis del salario m\u00ednimo interprofesional, contin\u00faa con el del salario profesional y contractual y finaliza con un eestudio sobre la
