Sintesis de analogos de cadena lateral semirrigida\u00bb, presentada por d. Jose antonio Martinez perez, se ha llevado a cabo una sintesis eficaz de una amplia variedad de precursores de analogos de la hormona 1alfa,25-dihidroxi-vitamina d3. Se han preparado algunos de estos analogos, caracterizados por poseer algun tipo de restriccion en la rotacion de su cadena lateral. Estos compuestos son de interes no solo como potenciales farmacos con actividad biologica selectiva sino tambien por su utilidad para determinar cual es la conformacion activa de la cadena lateral del calcitriol. Para estudiar este aspecto se ha realizado un analisis del espacio conformacional de los nuevos analogos y la comparacion de estos con el espacio correspondiente a la hormona.
