doctoral de <strong> Antonio Laso Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se muestra el desarrollo de sistemas catal\u00edticos, organomet\u00e1licos y meramente org\u00e1nicos, para llevar a cabo reacciones de formaci\u00f3n estereoselectiva de enlaces c-c, en concreto, la reacci\u00f3n nitroald\u00f3lica (henry) y la nitro-mannich (aza-henry).As\u00ed, se ha dise\u00f1ado un sistema catal\u00edtico basado en una sal met\u00e1lica, una amina terciaria y un aminoalcohol quieral capaz de promover ambas reacciones de forma altamente enantioselectiva. por otra parte, se ha desarrollado un sistema promotor dela reacci\u00f3n aza-henry bajo condicones de transferencia de fase, basado en los alcaloides de la cinchona y que utiliza alfam-amidosulfonas como precursores de
