Espec\u00edficamente se utilizaron el reconocimiento por anticuerpos como criterio para establecer los estados inmersos en membrana o en soluci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gicamente relevantes. La secuencia dominio de interfase (pretm) que est\u00e1 adyacente a membrana, se estabiliza como oligom\u00e9ricos en diferentes estad\u00edos de la prote\u00edna en el viri\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, el ep\u00edtopo reconocido por el anticuerpo neutralizante 4e10 que se encuentra en dicha secuencia, reconocer el ep\u00edtopo inmerso en membranas tipo rafts. Finalmente, se ha determinado que en el estad\u00edo nativo de la prote\u00edna gp41, el p\u00e9ptido de fusi\u00f3n y la secuencia nfip\u00e1tica y adyacente al dominio de interfase (pretm), aid, interaccionan y que esta interacci\u00f3n dotar\u00eda de cierta solubilidad este complejo, evitando as\u00ed que en el proceso de fusi\u00f3n catalizado por gp41, secuencias que tienen tanta afinidad por las membranas no interaccionen con ella antes de ser activado el proceso. Adem\u00e1s, esta interacci\u00f3n generar\u00eda una estructura no leicoidal en la regi\u00f3n aid, estructura reconocida por el anticuerpo neutralizante 2f5.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
