Se ha puesto especial \u00e9nfasis en el uso de tecnolog\u00edas relativamente limpias, utilizando una ruta disoluci\u00f3n-gel acuosa y una ruta sol-gel basada en dioles, que emplean respectivamente agua y 1,3-propanodiol como disolventes. Adem\u00e1s, mediante el dep\u00f3sito foto-qu\u00edmico de disoluciones se han obtenido l\u00e1minas delgadas cristalinas de pct a bajas temperaturas (450-500\u00c2\u00bac), evitando la volatilizaci\u00f3n de plomo a la atm\u00f3sfera durante el procesado del material y facilitando su integraci\u00f3n con la tecnolog\u00eda electr\u00f3nica del silicio. Las propiedades diel\u00e9ctricas y ferrol\u00e9ctricas de las l\u00e1minas de pct se han evaluado para su posible aplicaci\u00f3n en un amplio rango de dispositivos
