regulados."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carolina Mart\u00ednez Santa-mar\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis propone dos nuevas metodolog\u00edas encaminadas a:  1.- Evaluar la alteraci\u00f3n que en t\u00e9rminos hidrol\u00f3gicos se produce como consecuencia de la presencia de una presa: metodolog\u00eda denominada iah,  o de \u00edndices de alteraci\u00f3n hidrol\u00f3gica 2.- Proponer un r\u00e9gimen ambiental de caudales, entendiendo por tal, aquel r\u00e9gimen que circulando aguas a bajo de la presa es capaz de garantizar la funcionalidad del ecosistema fluvial afectado en unos niveles aceptables: metodolog\u00eda rac. 3.- Por \u00faltimo se proponen un conjunto de protocolos e indicadores que permitan integrar los resultados obtenidos en
