Por ejemplo, tanto en el caso homoced\u00e1stico como en el heterosced\u00e1stico se obtiene el dise\u00f1o d-\u00f3ptimo. Para abordar el problema de elegir un modelo antes de tener los datos, cuando lo suyo ser\u00eda elegir el modelo despu\u00e9s de realizar un contraste de hip\u00f3tesis, se utiliza el concepto de t-optimizaci\u00f3n, aportando los dise\u00f1os t-\u00f3ptimos para discriminar entre dos modelos homoced\u00e1sticos y con distribuci\u00f3n normal. Extrapolando, se proporciona un nuevo criterio de discriminaci\u00f3n entre dos modelos no normales, definido mediante la distancia de kullback-leibler, de ah\u00ed que lo denominemos kl-criterio. Se aplica para discriminar entre los modelos de michaelis-menten y la modificaci\u00f3n del mismo aqu\u00ed considerada, con las distribuciones log-normal primero y gamma en segundo caso. El kl-criterio engloba a los ya existentes en la literatura para los modelos heterosced\u00e1sticos multi-respuesta y para los modelos binarios y generalizados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
