El efluente generado durante este proceso no cumple siempre las condiciones necesarias para su uso directo. Consecuentemente, la migraci\u00f3n a altas temperaturas, como por ejemplo las condiciones termof\u00edlicas, parece que puede producir lodo estabilizado cumpliendo las normas de salubridad. Por otra parte, el efecto de la digesti\u00f3n anaerobia sobre los microcontaminantes org\u00e1nicos est\u00e1 poco estudiado. Adem\u00e1s, el impacto de la temperatura sobre estos compuestos, durante la digesti\u00f3n anaerobia de los lodos de depuradora, necesita ser elucido.     el objetivo principal de este trabajo es estudiar la evoluci\u00f3n de los microcontaminantes durante la digesti\u00f3n anerobia de los lodos de depuradora y el efecto de las temperaturas en el rango termof\u00edlico sobre la eficiencia del tratamiento, considerando como referencia la digesti\u00f3n anaerobia mesof\u00edlica. Para ello, se ha estudiado el comportamiento de los digestores anaerobios, termof\u00edlico y mesof\u00edlico, utilizando el lodo aerobio activado como in\u00f3culo durante la reducci\u00f3n del tiempo de retenci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulico. Tambi\u00e9n, se ha estudiado el efecto de las condiciones experimentadas sobre el porvenir de los microcontaminantes org\u00e1nicos (pah, dehp, aox, pcb, npe y las). Adicionalmente, se ha estudiado el efecto de un tratamiento complementario, como es el ultrasonido, sobre la biodegradabilidad del sustrato org\u00e1nico y la eficiencia de la digesti\u00f3n
