Seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda del aprendizaje verbal significativo de d.P.Ausubel, los organizadores previos facilitan la conexi\u00f3n entre la estructura cognoscitiva del alumno y la nueva informaci\u00f3n que este tiene que aprender. El aprendizaje significativo por recepci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda de ausubel, exige la presentaci\u00f3n de los principios m\u00e1s generales e inclusivos de las disciplinas al principio de cada curso y de cada tema. la ense\u00f1anza receptivo significativa exige la selecci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de los principios globalizadores de una disciplina de forma expl\u00edcita. En historia, los principios o nociones estructurantes, seg\u00fan los decretos que desarrollan la logse, son: el tiempo hist\u00f3rico, la casualidad m\u00faltiple, la intencionalidad, la investigaci\u00f3n, el tratamiento de la informaci\u00f3n y el relativismo. la presente investigaci\u00f3n, con un enfoque cualitativo, se ha llevado a cabo mediante cuestionarios administrados a profesores de educaci\u00f3n secundaria obligatoria, en centros p\u00fablicos dela comunidad de Madrid, y a trav\u00e9s del estudio detallado de nueve casos. Este estudio pone de manifiesto:      1,- la valoraci\u00f3n que los profesores del \u00e1rea de ciencias sociales, geograf\u00eda e historia, da a la fase inicial de la secuencia did\u00e1ctica en la ense\u00f1anza de la historia y los suscitadores iniciales que utilizan en sus clases (sumarios, res\u00famenes, objetivos, conflictos cognitivos, organizadores previos, etc.)     2,- las actividades que realizan en la fase inicial de la secuencia did\u00e1ctica para conectar con el conocimiento previo de los alumnos.     3,- los conceptos o principios estructurantes de la materia que presentan al
