{"id":55156,"date":"2018-03-09T22:42:51","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/respuesta-del-cardiomiocito-al-estres-inflamatorio\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T22:42:51","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T22:42:51","slug":"respuesta-del-cardiomiocito-al-estres-inflamatorio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/bioquimica\/respuesta-del-cardiomiocito-al-estres-inflamatorio\/","title":{"rendered":"Respuesta del cardiomiocito al estr\u00e9s inflamatorio"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jimena Cuenca Moreno <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En resumen, nuestros resultados indican que los cardiomiocitos recientemente aislados son incapaces de expresar genes pro-inflamatorios como nos-2 y cox-2 en respuesta a lps y combinaciones de citoquinas proinflamatorias (il-1beta, tnfalfa, ifngamma), esto debido a una activaci\u00f3n atenuada de la v\u00eda nf-kb, en particular a una menor activaci\u00f3n de ikk, adem\u00e1s, los estudios de array revelaron que la capacidad de los cardiomiocitos neonatales para responder al lps no empieza a ser funcional sino hasta despu\u00e9s algunos d\u00edas en cultivo. De hecho, este tipo de respuesta \u00abrefractaria\u00bb se ha observado en varias patolog\u00edas cardiacas como miocarditits, shock s\u00e9ptico e infarto de miocardio, y se puede correlacionar con disfunci\u00f3n contr\u00e1ctil, inflamaci\u00f3n local y muerte cardiomioc\u00edtica.  por tanto, los cardiomiocitos no fetales estar\u00edan eventualmente protegidos frente a la expresi\u00f3n de genes involucrados en la respuesta inflamatoria. La evaluaci\u00f3n y valoraci\u00f3n de los mecanismos espec\u00edficos que contribuyen a esta protecci\u00f3n en animales sanos podr\u00eda ayudar al desarrollo de estrategias para disminuir el da\u00f1o cardiaco en diferentes situaciones fisiopatol\u00f3gicas como miocarditis, infarto de miocardio, cardiomiopat\u00eda idiop\u00e1tica y en un shock endot\u00f3xico. As\u00ed mismo otros resultados obtenidos en este trabajo, a partir de un modelo de shock endot\u00f3xico murino, demuestran que la expresi\u00f3n temprana de ox-2 y nos-2 en el coraz\u00f3n, ocurre principalmente en las c\u00e9lulas inmunes infiltradas y residentes y que estos eventos desempe\u00f1an un importante papel en la progresi\u00f3n de la disfunci\u00f3n cardiaca, siendo una de las dianas la sobreexpresi\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n de mmp-9. La comprensi\u00f3n de la contribuci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de las c\u00e9lulas no-mioc\u00edticas a la alteraci\u00f3n de la respuesta funcional del cardiomiocito, podr\u00edan contribuir el desarrollo de estrategias adicionales para la protecci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica de la funci\u00f3n cardiaca en el curso de la septicemia y la evoluci\u00f3n post<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
