A partir de las medidas de transmisi\u00f3n \u00f3ptica se ha obtenido el coeficiente de absorci\u00f3n y a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9ste conocer la temperatura del substrato de c-si: as\u00ed como para conocer los mecanismos fundamentales que intervienen en el proceso de la absorci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica (banda a banda y cargas libres). S\u00e9 ha ampliado el m\u00e9todo te\u00f3rico de c\u00e1lculo del coeficiente de absorci\u00f3n para ajustar las medidas echas con el espectro de emisi\u00f3n de un led. El equipo construido se ha empleado para monitorizar in-situ la fase de cristalizaci\u00f3n de las capas de a-sicx:h intr\u00ednsecas y dopadas con f\u00f3sforo depositadas sobre substrato de c-si.  Los resultados obtenidos se han comparado con otras medidas \u00ed\u00b2pticas que involucran t\u00e9cnicas diferentes: sem, x-rd, ftir, monocromador, que confiman los resultados encontrados. Puede ser empleada en investigaciones que involucren transmisi\u00f3n \u00f3ptica con temperatura. El equipo fabricado en esta tesis es una  idea nueva implementada para realizar experimentos complejos con tecnolog\u00eda de bajo coste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
