Se han elegido dos suciedades grasas: tributirina y triole\u00edna y distintos emulsionantes: goma ar\u00e1biga y dos tensioactivos no i\u00f3nicos, un alcohol graso etoxilado findet 1214\/23 y un alquilpoligluc\u00f3sido glucopon 650.
